Since 1984, Chef James Taylor and the Sicilian Cafe have been serving authentic Italian cuisine in Chico. All of our menu items are made to order, using the freshest, quality ingredients to insure that our guests receive a delicious meal! Many of the recipes still used in the restaurant today, were brought to California by James’ grandparents when they immigrated to the United States in the 1950’s.
